When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days after purchase.
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary because we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
Average delivery time to the United States is about 7–12 working days. Delivery to other countries usually takes 12–20 working days.
Please note that customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions may affect the final delivery time.
When will my tracking number update?
Your tracking number is usually updated within 3–7 days after your order has been shipped.
If tracking does not update immediately, it may mean the carrier is still scanning the package into their system. Please allow a few working days for the information to appear.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed.
After this window, your order may already be processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped. Once processing has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.
